How does the free trial work?
Thirty days or 60 web-test minutes, whichever comes first. You put a card down and pay nothing today. The plan price starts 30 days later unless you cancel first; Stripe emails you three days before that first charge. During the trial you test by web call from your dashboard. Your business number connects the day you activate.
Do I have to give up my phone number?
No. You keep it. You forward it from your carrier to your Vectoryze line, either every call or only the ones you miss (busy, no answer, after hours). Forwarding takes about a minute either way, and your number never moves. Or skip forwarding and take a new local line from us.
What happens when I use up my minutes?
The line keeps answering. Extra talk time is $0.35 a minute, billed with your next invoice. At 80% of your included minutes you get a text with the count so far. Prefer a hard stop? Settings has a checkbox, "Pause my assistant when included minutes run out", and the line pauses at the limit instead of billing overage.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin and Vietnamese, and it switches the moment your caller does, mid-call. Web chat speaks the same languages.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal in your dashboard, any time. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. After that, plans are month to month: cancel and service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. Turn forwarding off at your carrier and your number rings your phone again.
