These terms govern use of Vectoryze's websites, demo lines, and AI receptionist services. By using them, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vectoryze provides AI-powered phone receptionists that answer calls, provide information, book appointments, take messages, and send related confirmations for subscribing businesses. Calls handled by our AI may be recorded and transcribed to deliver and improve the service; where required, callers are notified on the call.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor, with included usage and overage as described on our pricing page. Plans are month-to-month; you may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or harassing use, and no use to place or facilitate unsolicited calls or messages.
• Subscribing businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the business information their receptionist provides and for their own compliance with laws applying to their customer communications.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Messaging

Transactional texts (e.g., booking confirmations) are sent only with recipient consent. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Details in our Privacy Policy.

AI disclosure & limitations

Our receptionists are AI and identify themselves as such when asked. AI can make mistakes; businesses should review transcripts and confirmations. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings.

General
